This is a hard question to answer without seeing your kitchen carcasses & knowing all necessary information. Below are a few things that can affect pricing.
This is a main factor, what material would you like? Prices across Quartz, Granite, Marble & Dekton can vary massively.
Some sinks require more craftsmanship than others for example, an undermount sink or belfast sink is mounted below the stone which means the cutout would need to be polished and chamfered. Wheras an inset sink sits on-top on the stone so a standard non polished cut-out would suffice.
Draining grooves come in all shapes and sizes, the standard being 4-5 finger grooves. However, some people choose curved grooves or a recessed drainer (30mm down to 20mm).
There are many hobs you can choose from (the standard cut-outs being 560x490). You could have your hob recessed meaning the surface would be flush with the rest of the stone.
Kitchen size being one of the main factors of cost as obviously more stone would be needed. Plus any extras such as pop-up sockets, splashbacks, upstands, edge profiles (sharknose, demi bullnose, half bullnose etc...)
